Here's just a few random pictures of us lately...
Funny picture with Daddy! Daddy was sharing his popsicle with Paige... I love that he is even helping show her how to lick! ;) Funny Daddy!
Oh man, does Paige ever love her baby dolls, really any baby for that matter. Real or doll, she loves them all! She is always trying to feed her babies...
As usual Paige is always wanting to help! Here she is sweeping the floor... the second you pull out the broom she wants it and starts trying to sweep the floor, and then it is impossible to get any "real" sweeping done :) Oh, Paige!
Here she is trying to help Daddy replace light bulbs... she can actually climb up a few steps on the ladder before I totally get freaked out and pull her off!
While Chad and Emily were here Emily's brother came to visit. They just had a BRAND NEW baby! Paige was in Heaven let me tell you! She just wanted to hold that cute baby all night, didn't want to leave Aunt Emily's side...
Ok so back at the beginning of February we decided to add to our little family and get a puppy.
Very spur of the moment!
For those of you who are thinking about getting a dog, just a word of advice... REALLY THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!! I do not suggest just getting one the way we did. A little too sudden! Scott has always wanted one (he has never had a dog as a pet before!) and we thought that it might help Paige. To ease the hole that Chad and Emily's family would surely leave when they moved.
Paige has loved her and is always trying to play with her. Here she is putting a necklace on the dog, why wouldn't Izzy want to wear a beautiful necklace? ;)
She sure is cute... She is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever Mix. I'm still trying to decide whether I like her or not, I have my moments! (The dog, not Paige) It has been funny watching Paige with her though. We heard that you can use a spray bottle to try and train a puppy not to do certain things. So, when she is doing something that she is not suppose to, we spray her and say "NO". Man, Paige is very perceptive! Recently, Paige has been chasing the dog down and pointing the spray bottle at her (mind you, Paige cannot spray the bottle) and saying "NO, NO, RA RA!" She calls Izzy "Ra Ra" because that is the sound dogs make :) Funny girl, so cute!
Paige is always trying to put on our shoes...
my favorite is when she tries to put on Scott's!!!! It's pretty funny!
Paige pushing her babies around in the stroller!
Have I mentioned that Paige LOVES babies? Cause I don't think I have ;)
Paige has a serious sweet tooth! Mmmm... I wonder where she got that from!
(Scott is more of a fruit guy, so when you ask him if he wants sugary candy or something like that he will usually decline! I know weird, RIGHT!?!)
Paige got some candy from a friend for Valentines Day and she LOVED it, and her mouth was really green ALL DAY!
We got to spend some very needed special time with Grandmas and Grandpas this past week!
We got to skype with Scott's family in Arizona last Sunday. Paige loved seeing her cousins, Aunt Emily and Uncle Chad, and of course Grandma and Grandpa MacDonald!!!!
And we just enjoyed a wonderful visit from my parents this past week! It was so fun to have Grandpa and Grandma Scott here! We planted seeds, went out to eat, went to the park and fed the ducks, and just hung around the house and enjoyed spending time together... all of which I forgot to take pictures of! Why do I always forget my camera?!?! Paige didn't want to leave Grandma's side... Every moment she could she wanted to spend it with with Grandma. When she woke up in the morning she wanted to know where Grandma was and when she laid down to go to sleep she wanted Grandma there! We read scriptures every night as a family (Paige version of course, with picture scripture story books... :) we do what we can! She loves it, so we figure she is small enough that it is more exciting for her that way.) And when it came time to read, Grandma and Grandpa where the only ones who were allowed to read to her! So funny!
Thanks for being such Great Grandparents!
We loved seeing all of you whether in person or on skype it was great!!!!!!
Signing Out...Happy and Enjoying life!
The Willoughby Fam! :)
